We saw the Midwest Bath commercials on tv last summer. We were looking to update our walk-in shower, so we contacted them. At that time, they were advertising a $50 Amazon gift card with written estimate. They came out, provided us with a written estimate and then followed up with 3 phone calls. During the calls we asked about the Amazon card and they replied each time that they would look into it. We never received the Amazon card and went with another company to have our shower updated. I bought my shower last yr around Aug. It's still not completely finished. I have made so many attempts to do so since then. Today I just finally decided to give it up. Otherwise I like the Kohler shower mechanism. Although I did pay a pretty *****.
