Midwest ******** came out and gave me an estimate on a tub to walk-in shower conversion. The salesman was very personable and thorough. He answered every question I had and they worked with me with an acceptable price and payment plan. The warranty was a major selling point. I am looking forward to getting the shower completed.
Anytime I've contacted Midwest Bath, everybody has been awesome! Today *******, came over to fix my shower doors I replacing the framework and graciously took off all the caulking around the flooring and replaced it. Thank you, *******!

We are totally pleased with the way our shower came out. The installers were professional and well trained and worked well with us.
Matt did a good job explaining things and they have a great product, but when the installers showed up (jackson) and a trainee, it started bad, they were late, he spent 30 min trying to explain something and was rude with us, a few hours later the two of them got into it and Jackson said he had to leave and take this guy home at 2:00 in the afternoon And he would be back the next day to finish.
