Joe and Vincent are a great installation team. Randy explained the product and choices to get us started. We are pleased to have a new shower.
Tub/shower install turned out awesome. Installers showed up on time and were done in a timely manner. Installers were kind and very professional. They cleaned up the mess when they were done and had the utmost respect for our home. Carpet runners were used to keep the mess to a minimum. Thank you very much. One Happy Homeowner
The installers were on time, not messy and they got my walk in bath installed in one day. everything they promised? they delivered. If I had any kind of negative? It would be that the smell of glue and silicon was pretty strong and it lasted till the next day. but that is just nit picking.
Everything went as I thought it would. The quality of materials was great! Jim the installer was very caring, friendly and professional. Everyone has been raving on how good it looks. I would recommend midwest bath company to everyone! I am amazed in how Jim was so precise and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Brent was easy to work with.
Midwest Bath was 5 Stars across the board! Getting information was easy. Scheduling an in-home consultation was convenient and on our schedule. Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The materials came in earlier than we expected. The installers were professional, polite, did a great job and recommended a painter for us. I'm delighted with the shower and the service.

We are so glad we chose Midwest Bath to do our tub to shower conversion. We love our new walk in shower. I was so impressed with the quality, but even more impressed with the installer. He was so very professional and answered everything question that I asked of him. I and my wife are very particular and I thought that maybe I asked too many questions, but he explained everything to my satisfaction and left everything in excellent condition after the job.
