Love our new walk in shower. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and installers. They did a great job.

Installed walk in shower, the shower fixtures very poorly made, contacted company serval times for issues with shower head and issues still not resolved

This is a terrible company!. I purchased a shower install last year. I have had trouble with it twice now-basically the same problem. The problem is fixable but not so sure about the customer service, I have called close to 10 times and left several messages and have had a call back but he put me off by telling me there is no service person in the area. Just terrible. Im old and have peripheral nueropathy. We replaced our tub with a shower from these people. It was supposed to be SAFE. I tried it today and nearly fell; the pan is like an ICE RINK. we just threw out our money on this. I called mid-day and ****** was going into a meeting and promised to call when she got out. Wellits 7:45 PM. Still in your meeting, ******??? We threw money away on this. I have never been so completely disappointed in my entire life. This is just awful.
After signing the contract and paying a deposit, they started removing a shower and a whirlpool tub for a 3 or 4 day turnaround. I am a disabled veteran and really in need for access to a daily shower. The second day they showed up, reconstruction began. I was aware the shower pan was custom made because of the size. The technician began with a wall built to support the glass sliding doors. Shower valve was installed but incorrectly. We were quoted $18,000 for a new shower, with discounts applied we were able to get it down to $14,000 which is very high priced but the sales consultant was very convincing that the quality, service, and warranty was worth it. We signed papers and were told that they would call us for further information. A week goes by and we hear nothing so I call the main office with the intention of cancelling.
