After signing the contract and paying a deposit, they started removing a shower and a whirlpool tub for a 3 or 4 day turnaround. I am a disabled veteran and really in need for access to a daily shower. The second day they showed up, reconstruction began. I was aware the shower pan was custom made because of the size. The technician began with a wall built to support the glass sliding doors. Shower valve was installed but incorrectly. He switched the waterlines which makes the left side cold and the right side hot. I discover... read more

We were quoted $18,000 for a new shower, with discounts applied we were able to get it down to $14,000 which is very high priced but the sales consultant was very convincing that the quality, service, and warranty was worth it. We signed papers and were told that they would call us for further information. A week goes by and we hear nothing so I call the main office with the intention of cancelling. The man that answered was very nice and shocked to hear that we had not heard anything. He contacted a manager who he said "she... read more

Installer was a day late on scheduled intimation date. Was promised job to replace bathtub and shower would take one day, a day and a half at the most. My family went for 6 days without a shower/bath in our house. When done the tile floor in the bathroom is ruined. I have whole floor tiles missing/broken. Job was last worked on by Midwest Bath at the end of November. It is now Jan 29th. My calls to warranty & Services are not being returned. Calls to operations manager are not being returned. Calls to team lead are not being... read more

Worst product and installation. Do not contract with Midwest Bath. They do not honor print ad discounts. They do not honor their service and warranty commitments. For $16,000 dollars I got an unfinished shower, a defective shower head (which Midwest has acknowledged needs to be replaced) and miserable shower doors that need to be adjusted to stop the water leaking on my tile floor. I contacted the installer 4 weeks after the installation because I had not heard from him. The installer was supposed to return and fix the wall.... read more

Upon installation, the installer didn't leave our owners manual, he threw it away. I'm still waiting for an actual copy. Also, they don't know what my serial number is. I need this to warranty the tub. Not happy!

Wouldn't let them in the house again! When they promise a bathroom remodel in a day, that's not so much as a promise so much as a threat. The "installer" would have been here after midnight. If I hadn't stepped in. You should know the installer is just a contractor he uses. That guy already has another job scheduled the next day, and that's his priority. I demanded money off because off the damage to wallpaper and I did the drain myself because I saw he wasn't much of a plumber when he did the shower and faucet install. Ende... read more

Lousy customer service. Takes days for a response and you have to hound them. They send you to voicemail that never gets back to you. Terrible installation of walls. Couldn’t fit back wall in one piece. Just a standard bathroom tub being replaced. Straight entry to bathroom. No turning or stairway to go up. But according to the tech it won’t fit and our options are cut it down to get it in then there will be a seem. Or get a different material that’s thinner to get it in one piece. So went with the cut option with a seem bec... read more

This company - a bathroom remodeling company - left shoddy drywall patchwork on our wall and ceiling, it looks awful. Plus, there is a hole in our floor from our old bathtub. Our bathroom has been in this condition since August 2022. The company claims that these repairs are outside of their scope of work and that I would need to arrange the repairs, and that they typically cover the repairs. "Typically" is not a guarantee. We paid a lot of money for our shower - over $12K. Midwest Bath Co. doesn't have the connections or re... read more

Like others, I was disillusioned with Midwest Bath. They were offering a fixed price for an extended period of time (somewhere between 1 and 2 years) as well as a gift card just for getting an estimate. While the person doing the estimate was very personable, the estimate was very high and they didn't do some of the work I needed done. I asked about time period of the estimate. He said that that estimate was only for the immediate future, the estimate the offered in the commercials would be much higher. Finally, like previou... read more
