Our new shower by Joyce is fantastic. The installer was pleasant and efficient. I am very happy I chose them for my new shower. The installer did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was finished with the installation.

Tub & shower demoed and new walk in shower installed in 2 days! Garrett from Joyce did a GREAT job. He finished, showed us everything answered all our questions. Wife and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

We had our shower unit replaced back in March. Our crew Nick & Jason were very professional and did a great job! They completed the work in two days and answered any questions we had. Our salesperson - a woman- was great as well. Happy with the work!

We are thoroughly satisfied with Joyce Factory Direct and could not be more pleased with the way they completed the project we contracted them to do. A bathroom shower replacement was on our to do list for a very long time. Their reviews were quite high, so my husband and I decided to pay them a visit. We had a bath remodel done by Joyce. Excellent experience, excellent quality, professional installers. Bill and Billy Barber came on time and worked as a team and stayed with it till complete. Thanks guys you did a great job . Highly recomend the folks at Joyce from start with sales to end product. Excellent job.
