John ******, installed my new shower. John and his helper, Alex completed my remodel and just two days. I definitely recommend John ****** and his crew Alex. John and Alex did a remarkable job and I can’t believe the outcome. Joyce was not the best price, but they had the best materials Definitely recommend this company and I would use them again for my window needs

I had two exterior doors replaced in six hours. Mark and Adam were prompt, personable, paid attention to detail, and were very clean. I am very satisfied with the job they did and the quality of the doors.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with joyce factory direct. The sales lmanager Gina Jones was wonderful to work with! she understood that I had specific needs and Came up with the perfect plan :) Bill and Billy Barber completed my installation in two days! They were here both days exactly when they said they would be and they were very clean and efficient. I feel that the Employees at Joyce factory direct.Global and beyond for their customers! Chris did a great job with the installation. He made sure that everything was done correctly even if it meant taking a little longer. He was also very mindful to keep his work area clean and safe at the end of every day. It gave me a very reassuring feeling to know that he took his time to get it right. I would definitely recommend and look forward to my next project.

Our sales woman was Gina ***** and our installer was Tim *****, we had an amazing experience with both! Gina was knowledgeable about what our options were and Tim was so very professional during our 3 day install. We are so happy with our new shower!
