Five stars for the installation of my walk in shower. Chris Gibson did a fantastic job. Not only does my shower look great, but Chris cleaned up at the end of each day. Chris truly takes pride in his work. My Joyce Factory Consultant gave me the wrong information concerning my shower seat and the shower wall material was different than what he showed me. I am happy with how my shower turned out thanks to Chris.

Bill and Billy ******were true professionals. On time, kept work area clean and did not disrupt rest of household. A two day job, I was shown the progress before they left and then we did a Q&A when install was finished. Friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. I felt confident that my shower was installed correctly. They exceeded expectations! Glad Joyce called about windows and we got a shower install instead.

My husband and I are very pleased with the bathroom work we recently had done by Joyce, which included replacement of the bathtub/shower, flooring, and toilet. The products are attractive and appear to be of good quality. Our technician, Matt McGraw, was hard-working, professional, and focused on making sure we had just what we wanted.

This is our second time doing business with joyce. We had all of our windows replaced and couldn’t be happier. We are now replacing our patio doors. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He laid out all of our options and never once tried to up charge. We made our choices and are looking forward to the installation

I've used Joyce windows twice. Once in February 2024 to replace 4 large picture windows and again October 2024 to replace a kitchen window. All of them required custom measurements and fittings. The team was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Adam and Mark were my installation crew each time, and they're wonderful. They were timely and considerate. I highly recommend Joyce Windows.

Salesman Richard was extremely patient and helpful with choosing my front door and side window. The installment came earlier than I expected! Mark and Adam installed the door and window and were very nice and friendly. They did an excellent job. Thank you.
