Outstanding! Great companies are defined by great people and Jacob Family Enterprises has great employees. I had a large patio cover installed and couldnt be happier with the quality of workmanship put into it. While all employees at Jacob were great to work with, I really want to point out two employees. **** and **** were absolutely amazingtheir craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic exceeded our expectations. Jacob representative was very professional/friendly he explain everything to me on how they was going to put in the walkin shower his team kept me updated when all the material came in.The Jacob installer/***** plumber was awesome love them they both was extremely friendly they done an amazing job on my shower/plumbing I felt so comfortable with them.I would totally recommend Jacob and ************. Jacob built a sunroom on the back of our house. The whole process was great from beginning to end. We needed a couple of adjustments and they were quick to do them. We recommend Jacob because of their great work and customer care.

This was a very pleasant experience. The reason I selected Jacob windows is because of the quality of the window, excellent quality at a fair price. They had six workers on my project for 3 days, each worker showed up on time, was clean and professional and obviously trained on window installation. They did a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. A few situations came up while working on this 100 year old building. They worked through those situations to my satisfaction.
