Over the years, we have hired Jacob to do a number of projects: roof (******************), fencing (*******), Doors, Windows and Patio (Jacob). We've done a number of our projects with them because we trust them to provide quality and professionalism, and in the rare occasion something goes wrong, to stand behind their workmanship and make it right. They have done that for us and we would use them again if the opportunity presented itself - truth be known, we are almost out of things for them to do!

I would like to thank *** and ***** for the fantastic job of installing our walk-in tub. Even though *** had to endure our two yappy dogs, and our crawl space opening. TLDR: 1. Was I satisfied with the windows and their installation? Yes.2. Would I hire Jacob to replace the rest of my homes windows? Absolutely not. On 9/5/24, I signed a contract with ****** Windows by Jacob Family Enterprisesto replace 11 windows in my home. I was told by the saleswoman that I could expect installation 8 to 10 weeks later, which would mean around 10/31 to 11/14.
