On 9/5/24, I signed a contract with ****** Windows by Jacob Family Enterprisesto replace 11 windows in my home. I was told by the saleswoman that I could expect installation 8 to 10 weeks later, which would mean around 10/31 to 11/14. Would not recommend this company unless you do not care to know what or when the work will begin. Communication was poor: no phone call, no email, nor text message to inform us of delays or other issues. Then they billed the finance company before the work was completed- the office staff obviously did not know it was not done. They also added in the final cash payment that was due on completion. This cost us an "over-the-limit" fee. They did correct this issue, but not before damaging our credit rating. We love our screen ro... read more
