We love our new sunroom addition!! The Jacob's team was very responsive to any issues that occurred during the construction process. And willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. As with any construction project the process may take a lot longer than anticipated, but the finished product is gorgeous.

Met with salesman and he measured opening for a new sliding glass door. Then sent out a technician for a second measurement to verify. When the installers arrived and removed the old door and positioned the new door I was terribly surprised of how much of a gap there was around the entire new door and opening. (at least 3/4 on an inch on the sides and an inch or more on the top) After the installers added the extra vinyl fill strips inside and out and chalked everywhere, the new door looked good. Other than the long wait time for the window and door to arrive, everything else was perfect! ***** was on top of things the entire time and kept me informed along the way. The two gentlemen who installed the window and door were perfectionists! There kindness and professionalism were top-notch.The window and door I received were exactly what I asked for and the difference it made in my home is indescribable. Both have my home looking beautiful!

I had my bathtubs replaced with showers. Everyone involved from start to finish were very professional and knowledgeable. The technician, ***, who installed the showers made sure we were happy with placement of shelves, grab bars and seat. I was very confident in his abilities and work ethic. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials. The showers look amazing!

***** met my adjuster to go over damage and new roof finished today about two weeks later. They were great in all aspects of the job thank you!

Installer did a great job. Salesman, front office, not so much. We were told they "only do the wet area of bathroom" which we had done. The sales guy is no longer there, nor are many people who work in office. Just had a difficult time having a normal conversation with anyone. It was just an odd experience, but *** the installer was pure gold. When I asked if he was still there for a potential project to do rest of bathroom, nobody seemed to know.
