The materials they use are the highest quality and from start to finish the process is extremely easy. WOW! What a difference two and a half days makes. I had tub walls and the bathtub and floor replaced. The bath was falling apart, and it was quite embarrassing. We didn't want someone coming in and covering up things. Alex and Keith replaced things that were bad. Rotted wood from water damage and also the floor under toilet. Inaugural is THE BEST! 10 out of 10 at every step of the process!! Low key sales, great techs, hurdles resolved, well managed, effective communication, followup that kept the job moving, and our input solicited along the way for total satisfaction. We LOVE our tub-to-shower conversion with whole bath refresh, plus new vanity in a 2nd bathroom. Shout out to Zachand the techs! You guys are legit!!
Outstanding work and a very professional crew. They were right on time and worked tirelessly to complete the bath in just one day. The quality of the work was incredible and they left my house cleaner than they found it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.
