Inaugural Home Improvement did a great job converting my old one piece fiberglass tub to a new and modern walk in shower. From the staff that came to quote, measure and install, all were polite and professional. The install crew showed me mid install progress and asked height preferences on the shelves and grab bar to be sure I'd be happy with them. They were in and out in roughly 8 hours, cleaning up after themselves and protecting my carpet with drop cloths. I recommend using their service.
All around excellent experience. Each step of the process was handled professionally and with great communication. The install team was extremely polite, respectful, and accomodated all of our requests. We also worked through an unforseen obstacle and the project team was very responsive, listened to our concerns, and provided an agreeable solution. We are very happy with both our tub to shower and shower to shower conversions.
Excellent service! Arrived on-time, installers were courteous and very respectful of our home. Product was delivered as was promised. Highly recommend and the price was within reasonable parameters. My husband was thrilled that he escaped this home improvement!

I had a tub to shower remodel done and don’t have enough good things to say! Douglas and Franklin arrived on time, were very clean and organized, immediately covering the floors to minimize messes. Everything was done the same day and looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done! I had never heard of this company prior to seeing the commercials on Channel 22, but would highly recommend them to anything thinking of using them! Thanks so much!
Very professional work was done to exacting measures. My old farmhouse is not level by any stretch of the imagination and painstakingly the remodelers fuss till they got exactly right polite and cleaned up. Everything wouldn't even know that they were there. Great job.

We chose Inaugural to demo and replace our shower and tub. We are extremely glad we chose Inaugural. We love the "Calcutta Marble" look in the shower area and on the "Calcutta Marble wainscot wall". All of the installers went "over and beyond" to complete this project to help us, and even installed four safety grab bars. The in depth presentation that Isaac showed us, really sealed the deal.
