We are very impressed with our new shower that we had installed through Inaugural Home Improvement's. They were very professional and the men who did the installation were so careful and paid attention to detail. My Husband, I, and our Son with Special Needs are extremely pleased with our choice to contract with Inaugural Home Improvement to remove a fiberglass tub/shower and replace it with a beautiful, modern walk-in shower. I was thankful for the installer consultation regarding the height and placement of the corner seat, grab bar and shelving. I'm the one with a total knee replacementin the near future. Our ugly old bathroom is now one of our favorite places in the house, thanks to Inaugural Home Improvement! From the initial design consultation, to measuring, and finally installation the process was easy and efficient. Everyone we met was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to give us thoughtful answers to all of our questions. Were thrilled with the results and would recommend Inaugural Home Improvement to any family or friends looking to update their bathrooms. Also, everyone was super friendly to our kids and pets!

Our thirty year old tile and tub was professionally converted into a beautiful walk-in shower. From initial consulting to measurement and actual installation we were very pleased. The crew was equipped, extremely professional and answered all questions. They completed the entire job in eight hours. We would highly recommend Inagural Home Improvement.

We recently remodeled our FIVE year old bathroom with a second walk in shower.. The first guy has disappeared into the woodwork. We hired inaugural with *****help as I was very sceptical about trying to fix this correctly. **** was very understanding and held my hand through the entire process. All of the people that we met through inaugural were professional, polite, punctual and communication was excellent. Inaugural Home Improvement did a great job converting my old one piece fiberglass tub to a new and modern walk in shower. From the staff that came to quote, measure and install, all were polite and professional. The install crew showed me mid install progress and asked height preferences on the shelves and grab bar to be sure I'd be happy with them. They were in and out in roughly 8 hours, cleaning up after themselves and protecting my carpet with drop cloths. I recommend using their service.

All around excellent experience. Each step of the process was handled professionally and with great communication. The install team was extremely polite, respectful, and accomodated all of our requests. We also worked through an unforseen obstacle and the project team was very responsive, listened to our concerns, and provided an agreeable solution. We are very happy with both our tub to shower and shower to shower conversions.
