The guy that came out was great!!! Spoke English very well. Was highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the individuals they sent out to do the work. My contract said one thing and the workers could not related to anything I said. So they promised to do one thing and the non-English speaking workers they sent did something different. When I called the company back they were of no use. I would never use them again. DO NOT CALL THEM.
Do NOT call. The most disorganized ineffective mess I've dealt with. I'm pretty sure this is a referral service and not a real local company. The estimator came out, was great. Then they send a guy out on the scheduled appt with NO materials and NO copy of the estimate. I was having a piece of siding replaced and door trim repaired and painted prior to a home sale inspection. They then told me it had to be ordered (which I later found out is a lie b/c you can pick it up on Rt 40 and many other places in the city). I waited... read more
