My mother called to get a shower head replaced. After calling back 6 hours later, she was quoted $585 and for her to run to Walmart and buy the parts. Horrible business ethics, trying to scam a 71 year old lady out of $585 for a 15 minute job. Unscrewing a shower head and putting a new one on….

My experience was very disorganized. The workers who were sent to my home were good to work with, but management not so. The payment methods were not properly explained or laid out which involved an extra fee on my end. Management is using payment methods they're not familiar with which has left me trying to get the extra charges refunded myself from the company.

I called set up an appointment guy came Said he would get back to us with an estimate and never did?! I called him several times said he'd get back with me later..never did?! Called the office and asked if they could send someone else out and why.. they called an hour before they were to be here said they were sick couldn't make it never got back to me?.. Bad business ethic's if you ask me! Don't trust them!

Critical: Quality, Value Paid $1115.00 after being up charged $350.00 for a crack in the basement foundation wall. The owner said he was the only one in the company that handled these types of repairs so we trusted it would be done correctly. He said the repair from inside the basement would fix the problem and fill any gaps in the outside wall. My 89 year old mother-in-law needed her mail slot replaced in her front door. She had the new part, but needed it installed. I suggested she call Handy Man on Call. They required her to sign a contract for $250 before they would come to her residence. The work took 5 minutes. This is what I would call taking advantage of the elderly.

All our contracts are approved and signed by the homeowners BEFORE the company is scheduled to go out for a job. The company DO NOT force anyone to do anything. This review is faulty and should not be directed to our company
I would not recommend this company. Contractors came out and did a HORRIBLE JOB. I will say CONTRACTOR came out and fixed SOME of the problems. But it was not worth what we paid. 6,600 is what we paid!!!!!!
