They were doing the roof. They were just genuine and not like a bunch of fake salesmen. I'm going give them a B because we found after they left that they didn't sweep the attic, and the attic was covered in dust and nails, so in that way, they didn't cover and put down tarps. That was a big nightmare for us to clean up after. They didn't do the attic properly.

We ended up having to have another roofer come out and fix some issues they left. They were doing roof work. We had a slant roof. They ended up coming and doing asphalt shingles and they ended up not doing it right and it ended up leaking again, so we had to call another roofer out. I'd give them a D.

They did replacement windows for me. I am disappointed in one of the windows. They put in a double-hung window that should have been about four or five inches higher. It doesn’t look right and I don’t know why they did it that way. I think I might try Anderson Replacement next time. I might tell someone to try this company but I would tell them to make sure they get what they want.

It was OK. It turned out well, but we had time in the middle of it. The end result was good, but it was a hard row getting there. We had a really hard time getting them to do the job properly. We had full siding and gutters done. I would grade the overall experience as B-. The end result was good. I wouldn’t recommend them.
