It was a very pushy and shady sales process. The workmanship was good if you get Alex's crew.
Great product. Installers of our door knowledgeable about fitting it. However, in the cutting down of the door to fit the jamb, the entire area around them was littered with multitude of sharp shreds of aluminum that was difficult for me to clean up. I had to sweep, vacuum, and pick pieces out of the brick by hand. Even though this was done outdoors,I have pets and grandchildren to consider being harmed by it. Everything that the salesman said did not come true and I feel they were not honest in what they said they would do. I had to make all the calls.
Way too pushy sales people. Really poor communication between the foreman, their home office and myself. The roof looks great but the process from start to finish was not ideal. Project dragged on well beyond expected time frame. The crew at our roof project were great and the finished product looks great. They won the business really because they picked up the phone on a Saturday and got in first.
