We started out with a goal of having all of our cheap builder's grade windows replaced with the best product on the market and installed by a reliable contractor. We invited the big three in to submit quotes: Pella, Andersen and Marvin. Working with Adam we chose Global Home Improvement and Marvin fiberglass windows for our project. Global Home Improvement is not your typical contractor. I had 22 Marvin Infinity windows installed in my home by Global and the experience from sales call to completion of the project was amazing. After signing the contract we agreed on an installation date that was convenient for me. They called a couple of days prior to installation to confirm the date and then they showed up exactly as promised to start the job. The install crew was courteous and did an amazing job. We had damage to our roof from a storm and decided to replace the entire roof with a standing seam metal roof rather than shingles. Getting someone to give you a price was like pulling teeth but not so with Global. We had a quote and a timeline at the initial visit from the representative. Global used quality building materials and installed them with high quality.We had our roofing and siding replaced and we had a basement wall repaired. We are very happy with the project results.We highly recommend Global Home Improvement for like projects.

The salesman came only to make the sale and threw it over the fence to the project manager. The project manager only came once early on and never came back to look at the progress or quality of the work. I’m very disappointed with that. My walls were damaged during the window installation, and it was very clear that this damage occurred. They should have inspected the work fixed it before leaving the job. I have photos of the damage. Why did the workmen have to throw the old windows into the dumpster and break them. I’m stil... read more
