Our sun room sections were delayed from the factory and the project ran late. We felt like we were left out of the loop as to our construction progress. The concrete contractor was hard to work with in regards to our outside pad and he never cleaned up the forms and mess. We had to do that ourselves. The head of the company called us from New York (?) to apologize. We are very happy with the end result. The room is beautiful and so far, it has been free of defects. We feel that the process was more stressful than necessary.
While the quality of our Four Seasons Sunroom is good to excellent, I would never recommend getting one, with a single exception. If you have a installation contractor in your area and you check out references. You may very well have a good experience. We live in Montana and the closest installation contractor is 250 miles away. We had great response from him when he was trying to sell us a sunroom, but he did a poor job of installation and we had many leaks. Whilst my sunroom is lovely, my problem is what happens when something breaks or needs repairs. My sunroom door broke in early January. The mechanism inside the door broke and it is locked shut. The Corporate store who installed the sunroom had gone out of business. The company that was supposed to do repairs decided they would no longer handle repairs. Horrible Horrible company - do not use!!! if i could give zero stars i would. met with a sales rep who did not present us with all of our options (which we learned after driving an hour to visit their showroom). Tried reaching out to the company and sales rep multiple times for additional information and have gotten zero response in almost 3 weeks. I purchased two of the personnel door canopies through my local metal building supplier. When I received all 10 boxes they came with NO INSTALLATION DIRECTIONS. When I called the metal building supplier to find out where the directions were they informed me there were none. They stated the canopy manufacturer says they are "to simple to need directions". As someone who is in the construction industry I can assure you these canopies are BEYOND SIMPLE!! I will NOT recommend nor purchase these canopies again.
Terrible franchise and corporate customer service ordered a sunroom from Louisville KY location and paid 50% down in order to expedite schedule and get it done by Oct/end. Novemeber 8th and still did not start and execuses week after week and promises that they will let me know but never hears back. I been in touch since August and nothing. Called corpoarte and promised to investigate and respond and 4 week later nothing TERRIBLE

To expensive for the amount of work and Sunroom they put up. Took way to long on construction and finishing the project. Had to put flooring in myself or pay an outragous amount. None of the supervisors or salesperson checked on the progress or construction of the sunroom while it was being built. Reschuled several times due to no workers or material and just about everyone they sent out didnt know what was going on
