A 4 season sunroom with basement was added to our existing home. The sunroom had to be completely taken down and reconstructed. This process took 3 years and a lawyer to get the job done correctly.

Talked me out if the french doors I wanted. Then when the handle feel off the door he called stating " a person will be out there tomorrow to fix it" I arraged my schedule since (yes I WORK) to meet this time frame. The next morning due to a their customer cancellating their appointment I received a phone call theu would be here at 9:30 AM, I told him that would not work because I am working. Well the windows are very pretty. They do add to the look of my house. However they are not sound proof like the salesman & the video he showed us were. During the installation 5 o f the windows were wrong. So they installed half of them the first go round. When spending over $15000.00 you would think your company would call the customer but it took almost a week. Then had to wait another 4 weeks for the other 5 windows. No refund no apologies no discounts. So in my opinion I would not recommend your company to anyone.

The windows seem solid, we only had them install a few months ago. We were promised more then delivered. We are unhappy about the window capping, they made excuses. The screens were not the same as the ones shown at the initial meeting. We were told the installers would seal between the windows were the old sash weights were or the other option I recommended was to buy bigger windows and remove the separations between the windows.
