Don't use this company. Poor customer service, took 8 months to complete, price doesn't include flooring, outside light, and it leaked when it rained 3 times, they removed the supporting beams and molding but only replaced the supporting beams exposing the metal.

I had Four Seasons put a glass roof over my back deck. The concept was very appealing. The execution is totally unsatisfactory. The deck was not properly engineered with the glass not extending past the edge of the deck and the slope not being enough to keep the glass somewhat clean. We were promised self cleaning glass and have ended up with scum and dirt accumulating at the ends of each section of glass. The whole experience was an ordeal. The financing wasn't what they originally told us it would be, so I had to pay for most of it up front. The TD bank obviously did not consider Four Seasons a good risk and would only fund the loan AFTER the sunroom was built, instead of before. Then, there were issues with the heating/cooling unit. The sales rep had his own little deal going there. After the sunroom was built, there were a number of leaks, which they tried to pass off as condensation. We had a four seasons sunroom built on our home 20 years ago. We have had one window after another go foggy. It takes forever trying to get service from Four Seasons. Here we are again with about 7 broken seals and they promise to call us back to make an appointment and then never do. We finally get other glass companies to come out and they jack up the price because it's not their product and they have to make them custom.

I had their top of the line triple pane Windows installed in my home about 6 years ago which supposedly comes with a lifetime warranty. The Windows started sliding down and not staying up upon further inspection the hardware gave way and broke. I contacted the company for repair and they said that the Windows only come with 5 yr warranty on labor. So I asked them to send me the parts and I have yet to get an answer!!! Very poor customer service! I wouldn't use the. Again.

I hired Fourseasons out of Albuquerque, NM, I am so disappointed in the work they provided I had had nothing but issues since they built it I.e. The two doors has space that you are able to see inside out requested them to repair as of today still not done. We came home from overseas for the holidays and discovered the heating/cooling unit we had them install would not heat the space. The Salesman was experienced and provided specific examples. I question his knowledge, i.e. log home structure and sun room weight; and his professionalism under crisis. After we agreed to the price, other details to the construction of the sun room increase the budget, at which we didn't agree too. The salesman insulted my wife and pressure me to accepted the added price. The amendment to the original contract was not what we approve (the salesman lied). The workmanship was so poor, a 2nd crew came in and redid a big part of it. it still looks bad, and a piece of our siding was never replaced.

I paid $12,000 for 12 new windows which I bought directly from Four Seasons and which were installed in May. The installation crew already did a pretty shoddy work that was not up to the standard I was expecting. 6 of the windows don't close properly, i.e. they don't lock, which is a huge safety concern. Basically anyone can come into the house through the windows. But also - how energy efficient can they be if they can't be closed?
