Three old sun rooms were demolished and new Four Seasons units were installed. The job suffered in the early stages due to delayed deliveries of critical parts and bad weather when the home interior was exposed to the elements. This led to water flooding into my basement after prolonged rainstorms but Building Concepts immediately accepted responsibility and made up for the inconvenience and loss suffered by not charging for some extras associated with the project. Fantastic job! They've turned our dingy screened back porch into, basically, a usable room. It probably wasn't a major task compared to some of their jobs but I am very pleased with the results. Very professional and conscientious workers. I highly recommend them to anyone.

It has been almost 1 year since we hired Four Seasons sunrooms to construct an addition to our home. Dealing with the sales rep, design people and construction crew was all made easy by the professional and courteous manner that each person displayed. The construction was completed on time and budget with minor issues dealt with quickly and without complaint. While it seemed forever for our job to start, it was well worth the wait! This is not a fly-by-night operation. They do not use huge crews that install the room in less than a week ... we already had that done with another company and that was a big mistake and why we needed our first room to be replaced! Very happy. John (out contact) notified us each step of the way. His men were there as expected. If there was a delay (rain delay), we were notified before hand. Workmen were professional and clean. Finished product is beautiful!

I consulted with and engaged Four Seasons Sunrooms to complete an extension to my existing sunroom which was originally constructed by Four Seasons over ten years ago. I am highly pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. I would certainly recommend their professional services to any prospective customers. The work was started and completed as scheduled.

Demolition of existing structure was large, and to get it to the point Four Seasons could start to build, was a large part of the project. Clean up of the tear down was slow. New sunroom went up very well. Tie in to the roof was tricky and leaked at the 1st sealing application. These leaks were addressed and have NOT returned. After it was completed I found that some of the window screen sections had not been assembled correctly but this was quickly resolved by a representative.
