The Four Season sunroom addition on my home was a very positive experience. From the initial meeting and review of the plans, the only delay encountered was waiting for the city permits. Outside of that, once the construction began, the crew was onsite every day until completion, which was about 5 weeks. I really liked the fact that my project had it's own crew and that their focus was on completing mine before they moved on to someone else. I am happy with my new room. The guys that built it were nice and very accomodating. I am a bit surprised by the amount of condensation on the inside and the constantly damp cement floor around the edges. It was built in November and I am hoping it will dry out completely when weather is warmer and stay that way next winter. I was told the interior condensation is normal though. The quality of work is excellent and the men doing the work were very pleasant and courteous. Once the actual building started it was completed very quickly. The only downside was waiting for Four Seasons to complete the Engineering Drawings, which took much longer then projected. We love this new Sunroom addition to our house. With all the glass windows and glass roof, and with the heat pump that was included, we feel like we are sitting right out in Nature.

We ordered our sunroom from Neil Silverman in Ventura, California. He provided the best possible support for our order; followed it week by week and kept us posted on getting the different elements completed. We are very happy with the end results. We would recommend the company and the product to anyone who asked.

Four Seasons provided the design, necessary documents to secure the building permit, separate documents for my foundation contractor construction services, clean-up and punch list follow-up. Very professional with attention to detail, siding, flashing, dry wall, window and door installation. Stayed on schedule.

We installed our Four season sunroom this year and the whole experience, from ordering, to installation, to completion was fantastic! Ours is a Hybrid Cathedral, with the vinyl upgrade. No complaints with this room. Our dealer was CJ Enterprises and Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He put us in contact with our installer East side Contracting and again Trent was beyond professional. He also helped us out with some other projects we had going on. A very well rounded contractor, who does excellent, top quality work.

We had a wonderful experience with Four Seasons through Santa Barbara Sunrooms general conrtactor and franchisee Neal Silverman and his crew. Everyone was extremely professional, hardworking and efficient. The materials and workmanship were top quality, the service was prompt and we were kept informed of each step along the way. Plus, they cleaned up each day. We are looking forward to spending a lot of time in our beautiful new sunroom and highly recommend this company to everyone!
