I have had a wonderful experience with Four Seasons. From the sales person, designer, production manager to the men that built it. Everyone was very professional, forthcoming, honest and helpful in so many ways. We signed a purchase order in February, and our project was complete in June. I recently had my 30 year old windows replaced by four seasons. The installers arrived at 8:30 and went straight to work. They completed their task by 2:30 and my windows are beautiful. My air conditioner wasn't working at the time and the windows made a tremendous difference. Without any air conditioning the windows kept my house cool on a 90 degree day with just fans. We contracted with Solar Design, the local Four Seasons Sunroom dealer here in the Salt Lake area. Our home was originally built in 1927 and after 3 additions, was only a 1,000 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath home. It had a lot of character and was worth salvaging. Thinking we didn't have enough clearances to actually enclose our u-shaped patio, they showed us all of the flexible options and configurations possible with the Four Seasons sunroom and were able to design the room of our dreams. We added a four seasons sunroom to our small family room in downtown Silver Spring, and are thrilled with the results. We chose a 9 ft x 11 ft classic 'english' design, and the light and space complements our garden setting wonderfully. The Mt Airy company was superb - thorough, polite, on time (except for the hardwood floor installation - but that finally got finished well), and as clean as could possibly be expected. We highly recommend this company, and this approach to expanding in small spaces.
I am very pleased with the results of my add on, and very pleased with the process. The professional knowledge, experience, attitude, and ability to meet schedule were faultless, and the work crew was, also. If I were more experienced I would have asked for more lighting options instead of one fixture station in the middle of the ceiling with one switch that is in a very strange spot: neither convenient to the outside door, nor to the opening to the adjoining room.
