We were very pleased with our new shower. We needed to add a shower on the main living floor due to my elderly mom living with us. We only had a half bath and added a shower. Since we didnt have a shower in the space it was a 2 day job, the extra day was to install plumbing. That being said we had a consultation. I had the chance to work with Bay State Bath to upgrade a one piece shower system to a more spacious shower unit. In the Spring, we discussed with JR our needs and changes in the bath system including grab bars ,corner shelves and taller shower doors. The installation of the shower pieces was seamless. Bay State sent a plumber in case we had to change plumbing but gratefully , it was not necessary. Clean-up was thorough. Loved this project and the company right from the beginning. They were very fairly priced, coming in $7,000 less than the other business we sought for a quote. The crew was great, showed up on time, took great care in minimizing that insidious construction dust (impossible), and completed the project on time. Well, they completed the project in the two days as they stated but the Worcester ********************** delayed the completion by 3 days, inexplicably. Cannot fault Bay state for that. I love everything about Bay State Bath! *** and ****** were on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed and I cannot believe they did everything in one day! They removed my old tub/shower combo and replaced it with a walk in shower with a bench. I cannot wait to start using my shower! I highly recommend Bay State Bath. We had an excellent experience with Bay State Bath in July 2023. We had one of the most decrepit shower stalls in our basement, driving my wife to Madness. We had several "one-day" bath and shower guys in to pitch us. Most of these salespeople were at the same level as used car sales guys: fast-talking, know-it-alls with a desire to get a check and leave. I just had my bathroom done over. I am very pleased with the results. The company checked in with me while the work was being done. I liked the fact that they did not start the project until all the materials were in.The workers were very nice and checked in with me before they left for the day.The gentleman who came first and did the design was wonderful to work with.I would recommend this company.

Bay State Bath , owner ***********************, has no interest on how the job turns out. We had problem after problem she never fixed my issues or concerns. Worst job ever done and would never recommend them.
Look this company was listed on Angies list and seemed like it was top rated but you would be wrong. Now if you own a home and not a condo or an apartment then maybe your experience will be different Im not sure. The first person to come out and do the consultation was very nice and had great customer service but it was after that everything went down hill. The day they came to install everything these 2 men asked ** how to shut off our water which for us it was under a crawl space since its a condo. That sent them over the ... read more

Every install crew had trouble finding the shut off, including the plumber there today to try to change your cartridge. I am very sorry and will call you right away.
