I very rarely post reviews, but I am making an exception in this case. This Company and it's employees exhibited concern for the customer, provided updates during the entire process, were professional and knowledgeable in every way. There were no "big" surprises and the job was completed in a timely fashion. The end result is that I have a beautiful updated bathroom that I can show to family and friends. We were very pleased with Bay State Bath. They did remodeling of the old leaky bathroom on the second floor.From the beginning we have a long detailed conversation with the designer. When work started it was done very fast and professional. From the demolition to building, flooring and plumbing everything was done well and with attention to details. This Fall I had my primary bathroom updated and I am very pleased with Bay State Bath. They had to remove a big corner soaking tub, a wall and very small shower. The sales rep worked tirelessly with me on cost and design until we agreed. When the work began, all the workers were respectful, cleaned up each day and worked a Full day. Also, a rep called each day to make sure I was satisfied and to give me time of arrival for the next day, be it plumber, painter, etc. I only had one issue which was paint not covering correctly ... read more

A painless and satisfying experience from start to finish. ******** arrived on time to review options and explain impact of project - no pressure, honest dialogue. Installers arrived on time a few weeks later and were respectful and did not leave a mess. The renovated shower looks amazing. Cant wait to take a tub. Also - priced pretty reasonably compared to other options.

I just wanted to express how happy we are to get rid of our Jacuzzi tub and have it replaced with a beautiful new bathtub and shower installed by Bay State Bath in one day!!! All thru the project we were kept up to date on the delivery of our system and the install date. The install crew arrived on time (7:30AM) as advertised and went right to work. We recently had our master bathroom bathtub/shower converted into a handicap accessible shower. We were pleased with Bay State Bath from start to finish. The sales clerk was friendly, the communication with the office staff was fantastic, and the quick and efficient installation team did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Bay State Bath. ******* A The *** crew was faced initially with undoing a previous contractor's nightmare "installation" of a UTILE shower unit. Each and every member of the crew worked nonstop all day long with the end result of a beautifully completed shower installation. Great care was taken to prevent any damage to my home during construction which was followed with a meticulous clean-up. Probably an unimportant note however, each *** crew member looked me straight in the eye and offered a firm handshake as they introduced theirselves.
We were very pleased with our new shower. We needed to add a shower on the main living floor due to my elderly mom living with us. We only had a half bath and added a shower. Since we didnt have a shower in the space it was a 2 day job, the extra day was to install plumbing. That being said we had a consultation. I had the chance to work with Bay State Bath to upgrade a one piece shower system to a more spacious shower unit. In the Spring, we discussed with JR our needs and changes in the bath system including grab bars ,corner shelves and taller shower doors. The installation of the shower pieces was seamless. Bay State sent a plumber in case we had to change plumbing but gratefully , it was not necessary. Clean-up was thorough.
