Extra excellent service during and after installation. Wonderful people at service
Baystate was awesome from the beginning to the finish work. Everyone was very helpful courteous friendly. Installers were friendly cleaned up after them self made sure everything was OK I would recommend Baystate to anyone thats going to redo their bathroom ******
We had a walk in shower installed in April. Beautiful work, the crew was knowledgeable, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves.In October we noticed a slight water leak in the basement.We did not know where the leak was coming from. where we live in a condo we had the associations handyman look at it. He told us few screws for a the grab handle punctured the exhaust vent pipe.We called Bay State Bath and they came out immediately.They replace the exhaust vent pipe reset the grab handle, sheet rocked and plastered the wa... read more

Our experience was great. The crew that came to the house were professional and great to work with. They stayed extra time to install our shower because we only have one bathroom and they did the install in one day. They cleaned up. We did find a few mishaps, but they came back to rectify it. We know it's hard not to make a boo boo, cause they're working in an area just for the shower. I know if we had a complete renovation they would of done a great job. This Company and it's employees exhibited concern for the customer, provided updates during the entire process, were professional and knowledgeable in every way. There were no "big" surprises and the job was completed in a timely fashion. The end result is that I have a beautiful updated bathroom that I can show to family and friends. We were very pleased with Bay State Bath. They did remodeling of the old leaky bathroom on the second floor.From the beginning we have a long detailed conversation with the designer. When work started it was done very fast and professional. From the demolition to building, flooring and plumbing everything was done well and with attention to details. This Fall I had my primary bathroom updated and I am very pleased with Bay State Bath. They had to remove a big corner soaking tub, a wall and very small shower. The sales rep worked tirelessly with me on cost and design until we agreed. When the work began, all the workers were respectful, cleaned up each day and worked a Full day. Also, a rep called each day to make sure I was satisfied and to give me time of arrival for the next day, be it plumber, painter, etc. I only had one issue which was paint not covering correctly ... read more

A painless and satisfying experience from start to finish. ******** arrived on time to review options and explain impact of project - no pressure, honest dialogue. Installers arrived on time a few weeks later and were respectful and did not leave a mess. The renovated shower looks amazing. Cant wait to take a tub. Also - priced pretty reasonably compared to other options.

I just wanted to express how happy we are to get rid of our Jacuzzi tub and have it replaced with a beautiful new bathtub and shower installed by Bay State Bath in one day!!! All thru the project we were kept up to date on the delivery of our system and the install date. The install crew arrived on time (7:30AM) as advertised and went right to work.
