Hands down this was the best home improvement experience in over 50 years of our family owning this home. They listened to my needs and what I wanted. Ive never been treated so well by office staff. Communication is excellent. Always responsive even after hours. They would check in to ask if there were any issues and asked about my impression and satisfaction as the job was moving along. I am happy with my tub to walk in shower install. They did a great job, Everyone has been very pleasant to deal with. It has been a little over 2 months now, all is well! ?? happy
We are so happy with our bathroom remodel. It was tear out existing old tub and shower. We choose a new walk in shower with Handicap rails and a seat built in . Sliding doors that are gorgeous and they put all new plumbing for tub and sink . Had a new floor in bathroom and carried out to mud room. New Toilet that is very high the way I wanted it. We converted our bathtub to standing shower and bay state bath were very professional. Work done in 2 days and they kept us updated through out the process.

We would recommend Bay State Bath to anyone. A full bath reconstruction went as smoothly as it couldhigh professionalism from sales to the workers to the regular communication. The one issue we had was addressed immediately & without question. Excellent customer service. The process was done with excellent execution, professionalism, and project management. We are completely satisfied.
Job done well, clean and neat, just a delay due incorrect measurements cause a temporary delay.
