our project was done in one day and we absolutely love our new shower. The installers were very careful while taking the tub and tiles out and installing the new shower. When they left our home it was as if they were never here, they cleaned up perfectly. It was a pleasure working with BayState and we highly recommend them.
We are pleased with the entire process of design, demolition of the old bathrooms, workers (clean, efficient and friendly), materials and the final outcome of two beautiful bathrooms! Every step was handled professionally and with great craftmanship. We will certainly recommend you to our friends!
From Salesperson to workers , plumbers , and efficiency from all the, we are thrilled with our walk in shower. I am very impressed with permits immediately sent to us after we signed the contract. True transparency! The safety and beauty is a definite 5 star!
This was an excellent experience. Bay state Bath installed a wonderful walk in shower. Every worker I came in contact with did a great job. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to install a walk-in shower.
The shower turned out amazing! It is gorgeous and we are very happy with everything. **** worked alone for some of the project and was very professional and very skilled. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company for your bathroom renovations.
High quality materials and workmanship. The only thing that slowed the process, was waiting for the inspectors.
BayState Bath did a great job from start to finish. The demolition of my old tub and shower was excellent. And the installation of our new tub and shower unit was excellent I highly recommend Baystate Bath Thanks ******** **** and team
Job was done quickly, took two days due to scheduling inspections, very professional and looks beautiful. I felt it was more expensive than other places but I was looking for onyx so that added to cost. Love the fold down seat in the shower.
From the moment we visited the showroom, Bay State Bath exceeded our expectations! Everyone was super friendly and very professional. We couldn't be happier with our new walk-in shower. The teams who performed the work were excellent! They went above and beyond to make sure that every last detail was perfect!
