We converted our bathtub to standing shower and bay state bath were very professional. Work done in 2 days and they kept us updated through out the process.

We would recommend Bay State Bath to anyone. A full bath reconstruction went as smoothly as it couldhigh professionalism from sales to the workers to the regular communication. The one issue we had was addressed immediately & without question. Excellent customer service. The process was done with excellent execution, professionalism, and project management. We are completely satisfied.

The crew was excellent. They did a very nice job and addressed an issue that wasnt in the contract (a hole in the wall that needed to be sealed). *** were also willing/able to add a toilet replacement to the job at the last minute, which I greatly appreciated. They stayed in touch about the job and arrived on time.
Our experience with the Bay state bath team was exceptional from the first call to completion of the project. The quality of the products were top notch and the installation team involved us at every step. We would not hesitate to recommend them . They handled all of the local permits.
