Job done well, clean and neat, just a delay due incorrect measurements cause a temporary delay.
From the initial consultation to our fi ished walkin shower ...every step was professional. Their team is amazing.What an transformation. We love our new bathroom!
The crew was excellent. They did a very nice job and addressed an issue that wasnt in the contract (a hole in the wall that needed to be sealed). *** were also willing/able to add a toilet replacement to the job at the last minute, which I greatly appreciated. They stayed in touch about the job and arrived on time.
Our experience with the Bay state bath team was exceptional from the first call to completion of the project. The quality of the products were top notch and the installation team involved us at every step. We would not hesitate to recommend them . They handled all of the local permits. We only received positive comments from the local inspectors regarding the quality of the final installation

Excellent job everything came out perfect completely done when they promised. The plumber and installer were great guys and super neat! Girls in the office were so nice and wanted to make sure we were happy with our tub conversion to shower! We love it
Bay State was so professional in their presentation and assistance in re-designing our guest bathroom. 2 visits with the sales person and then a one day install. Prompt arrival, done in less time than expected. Left the area spotless when done. Design was just as ordered. Had one little issue with a k*** - since I have OCD I notice even the smallest imperfection. They came back, again, very prompt and courteous and fixed the know in a matter of minutes. Bay State Bath was great. They installed a walk-in shower which came out absolutely beautiful. It did take more than a day but we had a little complicated issues. ******** was changed. They were professional. I am handicapped and we had installed a seat in shower, overhead rain shower head and also hand shower. It is a pleasure to take a shower. I am so happy how it came out!

Bay State Bath exceeded all of our expectations! Everyone was exceptional to work with - from **** who assisted with our shower/bath design, to the folks in the office and the installers. They all provided quality service and were extremely professional. We are so happy with the final result of our bathroom renovation! It came out even more beautiful that we could have imagined. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to several other companies we received quotes from. I highly recommend Bay State Bath!
