Everyone we worked with on this project was incredibly nice and kind, first and foremost. So nothing personal. Extra note here that Patrick was very responsive and helpful, as was Geoff Guzynski. But once construction began, from start to finish the communication with the company as a whole was pretty terrible. We had no idea what was going on half the time. Construction was decent. The sales meeting with Geoff was good. Our PM, John was also good. There was great communication up until the project was completed and clean up was done. Unfortunately, there were some minor issues with the pool finish after construction was complete. Following up for those repairs has been horrible.
I believe some of the statements made by the salesman were not accurate.
Overall we love the work that was done. Our main problem was with the scheduling and communication. The project started the end of September and we are still not finished. 4 months to do what was done seems excessive...
failed to adequately communicate...probable revisions/corrections that would incur approx $14thousand in additional costs. I have been in the customer service$7900 putty job on concrete settling cracks/fissures that could have to an extent predicted prior to commencement of work. Important to note...
Two of our neighbors had similar work done with their pools and they finished completely in 3 months. We are now 11 months into project and still waiting for communication from Alan Smith. Very frustrating process. Poor communication, continual delays, and many errors that needed to be corrected. Definitely don’t recommend this company.
