We had our pool resurfaced 8 years ago. The surface had delamination all over and it took a long time and a lot of communications before the company agreed to fix it but still wanted to charge us even with their warranty. They upselled us on pebble resurfacing for a good deal but put in the contract that we would have a specific finish and didn't include that in the resurfacing.
