Everyone we worked with on this project was incredibly nice and kind, first and foremost. So nothing personal. Extra note here that Patrick was very responsive and helpful, as was Geoff Guzynski. But once construction began, from start to finish the communication with the company as a whole was pretty terrible. We had no idea what was going on half the time.
