I’ll start with Harriet Porter, Pool Remodeling Specialist. Really positive experience. Listen well gave great advice, not pushy at all. Work on pool started as scheduled. John our project manager, very nice and very busy as we, like everyone else wanted pool for 4th of July. He got it done just in time. He was stretched pretty thin taking care of numerous jobs. I would recommend this company but would advise that a solid completion date should be agreed upon and know that communication is not the best.
I was happy with them at the very beginning. When a different crew came to do the job, unfortunately, at the very end, a leak was detected and it was repaired after a 2 week delay.
