Salesperson was very attentive and professional. He always responded to my phone calls/texts in a timely manner. the downside was poor communication between project manager on updates to revised schedules. Frustrating at times. The actual project turned out to be what we expected. Crews very professional, polite and accommodating.
I would warn people that the process would be chaotic, the communication spotty, the timeline doubled but the actual work would be fine.
A bit pricey but we were not disappointed with the results.
We experienced many long delays in the work being completed due to staffing & scheduling issues during Covid 19. However, when the various sections of work were completed - new plumbing lines, new electrical lines & updates, new jets and split drains, new sections of concrete, complete new surfacing with microfusion pebble & all new tile, & needing to meet multiple times with city inspections, the end results & quality of workmanship is exceptional.
