Home Team of Window Depot installed 2 bathroom shower/bath units in our home. It was a disappointment from day 1 of install(s). First they were supposed to only do 1 at a time so that we would not be left without a way to shower. They reassured us that they would. But when we got home from work, they started the 2nd bathroom when the 1st was not done. Then they started doing the 2nd one wrong, not in accordance with our contract. GOT A QUOTE ON TWO WINDOWS ON 7-10-25. PAID UP FRONT BECAUSE I WAS PLEASED WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE. ON 7-21-25 THEY MEASURED THE SIZES, ON 8-18-25 WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED. ONE WINDOW HAD A BROKEN LATCH. ON 9-23-25 REPAIRMAN BROUGHT A NEW PART THAT THEY HAD FOR AWHILE WHICH ALSO BROKE WHEN A PART COMES IN WE WERE SCHDULED FOR REPLACEMENT PART ACCORDING TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE. ITS OCTOBER 7TH AND NO WORD FROM WINDOW DEPOT ABOUT OUR REPAIR.
I've been trying to get an estimate for siding for over two months. Excuses, excuses, that's all I get. The first salesman didn't have a clue what was going on when he came to our house. After leaving a negative review, they decided to contact me again. They said they were going to help me this time and order some samples for us to see. First off, the sales man (we won't mention any names) he was a nice guy, personable and sat down and talked about what we were looking for Black french door and 2 black xl windows (replacing 3 sliders) got it all quoted out and throws in a " it's cheaper if you go with us now before I leave" kinda pitch.He shows us what the black door will look like and then shows us what the black windows would look like and prints it out. I would not recommend window depot at all we spent so much money on window and doors they did a half a** job. The door we got is too small you can see the sunlight shine through the door frame ad they came out and half assed it AGAIN and did NOT fix the problem
