Great experience from the sale through the installation! The office kept me abreast of the window order, reaching out to me several times to update my husband and I on the progress of the windows being made. Installation? **** and ***** were top notch installers. Cleaned up after the installation daily. Did not run into any issues. The windows look fantastic and I am so happy to have been recommended to them!
We are very pleased with our new windows and patio door. The team was very professional and polite. The job only took one and half days. they cleaned up after themselves and had great , a great demo on how you use windows properly to clean. I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent! From salesman who gave the quote to the measuring man to the installation men. Very professional. Very courteous. Never waisted my time or they're own. Of the five windows that went in, a vacume was all I had to do cleanup. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend window depot!
****** and his crew did an absolutely beautiful job on my house. I am beyond pleased! ****** is very professional, and a very good communicator. I would hire Window Depot again. They also did a great job on my window, several months back and my new front door, which is my pride and joy!

I had all new windows and a new front and storm door installed. ***** our salesman was honest and very thorough with all details related to the installation process and any details related to the windows. I felt there was trust with **** and I look for that in a person. Pro Via is a great company to be partnered with. The installation team was fantastic, worked clean and efficient. They were very easy to talk to and I felt very confident in a top notch installation. We could not be happier with out windows and door.
