The installers did a great job and did all the cleanup afterwards!
This is the third time we dealt With Window Depot. Three years ago we had 12 windows installed. Last year we had a new front door installed. This year we had all new siding installed. Each time **** the sales representative was very professional and easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. Each time the crew came out they were very professional and considerate.
From the initial salesman appointment until the completion of the full house window replacement, Window Depot was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable on the replacement of our windows with new vinyl windows. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the new windows and highly recommend Window Depot!
So far so good. Hope to say that again, the day I kick the bucket.
I was very happy with my installation of my new windows, the workers were excellent! They did their job swiftly and efficiently! Window Depot was very thorough and went the extra mile for me. I had a wall removed to makes my shower bigger. I knew from the onset that I would be responsible for finishing any dry wall work that needed finishing outside the walls of the actual shower. However, when the installer came to install the shower doors, he had a suggestion to add finishing strips of the same material as the shower walls to edges of both walls of the shower. Window Depot replaced 10 windows in my home. The salesman was respectful of my time. He explained the costs and added discounts we qualified for. The installers were efficient and polite. They cleaned up after installation. I could not be happier with my new windows!
We love our new front door! It reflects solid craftsmanship and will provide a secure and beautiful entrance for years to come. Our house is old, so we were concerned about installation ;however, the expert installers from Window Depot made it fit perfectly.
