Our roof is very steeply pitched and complicated and had lots of special problems, so a highly experienced and professional crew was needed to replace it. I have never had a more in depth, professional estimate! I needed a total roof replacement including replacing several boards . My estimator went up, above and beyond to answer all my questions . He was extremely knowledgeable on roofs. He went into both of my attic spaces one being very small, he actually had to crawl. Seeing several leaks he offered to place pans under the drips. They came on time, prepared with all the product samples that they use. I felt totally confident with victors home solutions!<

7 days from the time I filled out the web site to a new roof being completed, I am impressed. I have not used a contractor that is this efficient. They did exactly what they said they would do. When more wood was needed than originally planned on they kept me informed and gave me the exact cost of the extra material. So far I have had zero issues and I am extremely happy with the results.

Great customer service, reliable and timely service. We had a friendly, informative consultation at the beginning of our roofing project, and our house was serviced within a couple weeks. We were given frequent updates and there was transparency at every stage of the project. Very positive experience!

We found a leak in 2 rooms. Water was coming from the ceiling and running down our walls. We called Victors to evaluate our problem. The representative inspected our entire roof inside and out. He crawled up into the attic through the crawl space, Heinspected everything and took photos. He discovered black mold on the underside of the entire roof and areas where the water was getting in. We decided the best way to get rid of the mold and repair the multiple leaks was to remove the entire room and replace the wood and shingle... read more

I thought it was a great job done by Victors Home Solutions, from the salesman arriving and giving me a directory of their previous jobs so I could drive by and see, what stood out in my mind.To watch the crew arrive and in one day remove two layers of old shingles and install the new shingles with excellent cleanup.I will recommend Victors Home Solution.
