The inspection was thorough and the inspector was very courteous and professional. The work and cleanup was all completed in less than 8 hours. Sales rep, took lots of time to answer all of my many, many questions and came more than once to my home to discuss and describe the roofing job. He went over and above what is expected, and there was no high pressure. The installation crew worked diligently, and the project manager was in touch with me every step of the way while also overseeing their work. The guys did a great job! A little disappointed that the salesman underestimated the number of roof deck boards that needed to be replaced so my cost increased quite a bit.
