I experienced dishonesty and a lack of transparency from Rock Electric. They completed work without requesting or receiving approval for additional charges, which were significant. The technicians began logging their time two full hours before arriving at the property, which goes directly against the contract information they provided. They were then unwilling to honor the initial estimate, and only minimally reduced the additional charges, citing arbitrary factors unrelated to what actually took place. 2 wks for estimate appt. ******* came out, was good, went on & on about how they valued my business & because it took so long for the appt. he'd get right on requesting office to call & set the appt., & how if it wasn't that day, it would be the next. Waited till weeks end (an additional 2 days), no call. Called the next week, ******* set my appt., another 2 weeks out. Was sent a ****** Calendar invite for appt.
