All the **** outlets in bathrooms in the house stopped working. We tried all things and could not get them back to work. We decided its not a normal situation and made an appointment with Rock Electric. A few moments later we got a call from the estimator/electrician from Rock Electric and was given advice and instructions to fix the problem for free. We are thrilled to have the outlets back to work. So appreciate the kind help and impressed with the experience and knowledge shown at the same time.

I had a great experience with Rock Electric. ******* was awesome! I needed help with two of my breakers. ******* explained his methodology to figure out what might be happening and answered all my questions. We have worked with Rock Electric since moving into the area. We find them to be extremely reliable and efficient. But what I appreciate most is the honesty. When originally quoted for our most recent work, it included replacing the existing can lights with dimmable ones. When the electricians came out though, they discovered they could use the existing lights, saving them time in replacing them and saving us a nice chunk of money.I have also found every single one of the electricians to be knowledgeable and personal.

***** came out to our home to look at an electrical panel upgrade. He was polite, attentive when we were explaining what we needed, patient while a bunch of little kids were all trying to tell him their names at once.Rock electric employees and Timberline deck builders are awesome people.

After calling several eletrical companies with no response, I contacted Rock and within a short time there was a return call and a plan for support to my house. *** was at house within a couple of days, discussed the plan with me and completed the job to close out a long day! Rock Electric does an outstanding job. Quote/sales process was with *******, who was very straight forward, had good insight, and product knowledge. *** and **** did the installation, and my wife and I cant give enough kudos to them. They were on time, friendly, very thorough and asked questions throughout the process to make sure the installation was consistent with what was quoted to us, and what we had envisioned. I've already highly recommended Rock Electric to three neighbors that are using portable generators. ****** and Ace and *** were excellent, and always took time to explain things to me as they worked.
