Quote/sales process was with *******, who was very straight forward, had good insight, and product knowledge. *** and **** did the installation, and my wife and I cant give enough kudos to them. I experienced dishonesty and a lack of transparency from Rock Electric. They completed work without requesting or receiving approval for additional charges, which were significant. The technicians began logging their time two full hours before arriving at the property, which goes directly against the contract information they provided.
