After having a very good experience with Reitzel's installation of our roof, we selected them to install siding and gutters on our house, which didn't go as well. The project cost was as estimated but it took a long time to resolve some issues and complete the job. We chose an upgraded product which we like very much. He will not return to fix the damage caused by his crew. 2 yr warranty and less than 4 when I started to contact. The leak is now worse than it was before he worked on the roof. He will not return a message or take a call. No reply at all.
