Roofing leak was immediately identified, it was due to an inferior job of previous contractor's roof replacement 6 yr ago. Reitzel Home Improvement was recommended to me by a trusted retired contractor. It is always challenging to find the right person to do the job and I am grateful that Marc demonstrated knowledge and skill, characteristics that give homeowners peace of mind.

Very pleased with the job. The crew did an excellent job removing and replacing our roof. They cleaned up and left the place the way they found it (actually it was better!!!). Thank you. I will use them for any future home improvement jobs. They are a great team.

After having a very good experience with Reitzel's installation of our roof, we selected them to install siding and gutters on our house, which didn't go as well. The project cost was as estimated but it took a long time to resolve some issues and complete the job. We chose an upgraded product which we like very much. However, the crew, the same as the roofing crew, apparently did not know the nuances of installing it. He will not return to fix the damage caused by his crew. 2 yr warranty and less than 4 when I started to contact. The leak is now worse than it was before he worked on the roof. He will not return a message or take a call. No reply at all.
