They took great care of us! We needed a new roof, and they made it so quick and stress free. They were very knowledgeable, optimized vent and fan placement, coordinated solar panel removal, and came to check on the progress of our roof several times. Highly recommend
After I called ******* to schedule an estimate for a new roof, I was able to get an appointment the next day with the owner, Marc *******. The office assistant, Brie, answered the phone quickly and was friendly and helpful. Outstanding experience with Reitze! Home Improvement! From start to finish I was very happy with the communication, work performed, and the total project. Premium quality materials were used, installation was very quick over a week time period, with a rain delay thrown in. Siding repair work was well done in a workmanlike manner at the price stated in the itemized estimate completed at the free inspection of the site before being hired for the job.
The Reitzel team did a great job on our new roof! The "job Lead" was excellent, keeping things rolling right along and making sure everything was exactly right. The workers were very respectful and the team did a good job the entire time. When finished, the workers carefully combed the yard, picking up nails or other debris. Very satisfied. Thank you!
