The recent storm that hit Virginia Beach impacted my roof. Shingles were lifting and there was risk that I was about to lose 1/2 the roof. To prevent water intrusion, I called Marc and he quickly sent Brian out right away. The wind was blowing at 41 knots, and it was raining. Brian quickly realized that he needed a taller ladder and immediately contacted his crew (Emilio). Reitzel replaced our skylight and resolved the leak in our master bathroom, expeditiously. The crew was respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Texting made it convenient to communicate and pay on line.
Our 7 year old roof installed by another contractor had a roof leak into the garage Contacted the original installer but had to sign a contract for $*** before they would come out. Called ******** Marc came out inspected the roof, identified the leak (even cleaned out some of one of our gutters) and was able to get us on the schedule and the leak repaired in a reasonable time. He recommended installation of an additional gutter which has also been installed. Public relations was excellent. Thank you Marc -

Roofing leak was immediately identified, it was due to an inferior job of previous contractor's roof replacement 6 yr ago. Reitzel Home Improvement was recommended to me by a trusted retired contractor. It is always challenging to find the right person to do the job and I am grateful that Marc demonstrated knowledge and skill, characteristics that give homeowners peace of mind.

Very pleased with the job. The crew did an excellent job removing and replacing our roof. They cleaned up and left the place the way they found it (actually it was better!!!). Thank you. I will use them for any future home improvement jobs. They are a great team.
