We have used Pure Clean for a second time to clean our carpets after a busy summer of visitors. After adding additional recessed lighting in our living room, it was obvious our carpet showed heavy traffic areas needed attention. The technician had worked in his parent's carpet cleaning business and had been with Pure Clean for a number of years. He did a thorough job and we are THRILLED with the service we received. We will use them next time, for sure.

The four oriental carpets I brought to Pure Clean were treated well and returned in better condition than what I left them with, as one of the rugs had an edge that needed repair. After I agreed to it, the Pure Clean team reached out to a reputable company that could fix the rug. Then, they took it over for repair and brought it back when it was finished. Exactly what I wanted! delightful owner ***, I believe who came out. (it's been a couple months)I had Pure Clean out to clean the carpets of a rental home I had been in for 5 yrs. What an excellent job. I should have made the owner use P.C. before I moved in! All carpets look amazing, and no chemicals to wreak havoc on my lungs!Thank you again ***, I will definitely use you again when I move from this house. Or the owner will! Nice to know there is still pride of workmanship in this world of sloppy workmenship.

Great service experience from scheduling to completion. We have used this company before and were very happy with the previous tech ****** and the quality of service that was provided back in 2019.
