PureClean is serious about wanting 5 star reviews and they do what it takes to earn it. From the minute I made the appointment and after that if I had to make changes or had special requests (and I did several times) it wasnt more than 5 minutes before I had a response always eager to accommodate me. How do they do that? And ***** who picked up and delivered my rug always gave me 20 minutes notice and was very polite and cordial. They could not have been more on top of things. The rug cleaner arrived on time. He carefully explained the options. Then he did a great job of removing the stains in our rug including a particularly tough stain in a high traffic area. He made sure there were no water puddles on the hard surfaces. We were given a gift bag for cleaning any spots that might happen in the future, before our next cleaning. Then he left.
