The company rep was professional and prompt. Work began as scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves, were careful of the landscaping around the house, and did a thoroughly satisfactory job. The roof looks great and held up through all the torrential rainstorms this past summer. We have recommended this company to a number of friends and neighbors.
The process was excellent. Made an appointment with their representative who met with me and discussed the options, including the Gutter ProTech gutter guards. After receiving the written proposal, a date was set for the work to be done. The work was done on the stated date; the clean-up was excellent and I was very pleased with the finished product.
Very reliable and professional. Came at appointed time to give estimate and did the work in the time schedule as promised.
Very polite and professional. However, this company only services the northern Virginia area. Dale City is too far south.

Contacted the company about a gutter repair project. Their company web site and their Description on Angie's List both specifically indicate that they do gutter repairs. But the response I received from the company is that they only do new gutter installations or full replacements; they do not do repairs.
On August 8th, I set an appointment with Pond for August 29th. That was a long time to wait but I thought it was worth it based on the stellar reviews. I received a detailed quote for the repairs as well as a quote for a total replacement (which is not needed). I had concerns that the quote didn’t address my actual issue so I sought clarification. Contacted Pond Roofing via messaging here on April 7th requesting an estimate and they respond April 8th or 9th saying they can come May 7th. I told them it is way too far and ended it there. However, I called a week later via phone and left a voice mail to see if they can come anytime since I figured I'm no rush to replace the roof, but they did not respond at all. Maybe they're busy which I understand, but at least return NEW customers call as a basic courtesy of business communications.
