They did a real nice job. They showed up on time and I think that things worked out pretty good at first watch. Their prices were pretty competitive and it was a fair price for the work that was done.
They came and gave me an estimate. I didn't get back to them right away, and it was going to rain. I called them up and said can you guys come out it is going to rain I want to go through with that. They came over and put down some plastic down so it wouldn't leak, free of charge.
They did the job on time and came out promptly for all of the appointments. They were very professional. I was pleased with the job, and it's working very well.
It was excellent. There were some roofers we asked for estimates from and Pond wasn't the lowest or the highest in terms of the estimate, but they were excellent. The estimator came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, then did a little on the spot repair to stop the leaking. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and they did a beautiful job. We are very happy.
I liked their work. I have called them for work again. They were on time and they did what they were suppose to do. The only problem is they are such a reputable company that you have to make a appointment before they can come out and do the assessment and then make an appointment to do the work, and its about a week before they are able to do that.

We first noticed the leak during the holidays and called another company to repair it. And they did not fix the leak but claimed that additional work beyond what they estimated and performed (about 2 hours on the roof at a cost of about $1,200) would be needed. I'd been meaning to have new gutters installed for a long time. The old ones put in by the builder were always half falling off and getting clogged up. One in the front of the garage would always overflow and spill water, summer and winter (the water would freeze in front of the garage and on a path to the front door.) The crew showed up on time and offered a reasonable rate. I was so pleased of their willingness to complete a small job. As many of the larger companies did not want to accept this small of a job. Upon receiving the estimate, I had made some revisions, which they did without hesitation. Upon completion of the work, I noticed a couple of minor corrections which needed to be fixed. The crew immediately corrected them. They are definitely motivated to satisfy the customer.
