Everyone at Pond did excellent work. The estimate by Shanti Smith was quick, and it was lower than a competing estimate from another roofing company. Paperwork for the job was mostly handled by Fax and phone. Pond's representative was very cooperative when we called to request a date for the job that was about three months out, and Pond then performed the job in the week that we requested. Ponds sent a roof technician to assess my roof repairs within a few days after I contacted them. The technician arrived at my home precisely at the scheduled time and was very professional and thorough. i received an estimate for the work the next day via email and scheduled the repairs shortly thereafter?..the soonest they could accommodate me was within 6 weeks.
